We started by looking at different kinds of food. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
